December, 1955 Founded as a manufacturer of motorcycle parts and maintenance tools in Kita-ku, Tokyo
September, 1956 Began manufacture of automobile parts and automotive tools
September, 1965 Established Kawaguchi Plant
March, 1970 Established Kawagoe Plant
March, 1978   Increased capital to 50 million yen (1.5 times increase)
December, 1978 Registered as a manufacture of pantograph jacks qualified for Safety Goods
April, 1979 Consolidated the Akabane main plant with Kawaguchi and Kawagoe plants and established the new main plant in Fujimi Industrial Park in Sakato City.
Achieved the integrated system of production
May, 1980 Increased capital to 60 million yen
May, 1981 Increased capital to 72 million yen
July, 1983   Established a subsidiary, RIKENSEIKO Co., Ltd. in Kumagaya, Saitama.
